What We Do
A monitoring visit is a scheduled on-site inspection carried out by one of our engineers during the scaffold's active period. We check every component of the alarm system, replace batteries if needed, reposition sensors if the scaffold has been altered, and confirm the GSM link to our monitoring centre is live and responsive.
Full system inspection
Every sensor, sounder, and communicator checked for correct operation and physical condition.
Battery check & replacement
Battery levels tested and replaced on the spot if below threshold — no return visit required.
GSM link verification
Live test of the cellular connection to our monitoring centre to confirm alerts are transmitting correctly.
Sensor repositioning
If the scaffold has been extended, altered, or partially struck, we reposition sensors to maintain full coverage.
Visit report
Written report issued after every visit detailing system status, any actions taken, and next recommended check date.
On-site advice
Our engineer will flag any changes to the scaffold that may affect alarm coverage and advise on next steps.
How It Works

Engineer attends site
Our engineer arrives at the agreed time and carries out the full inspection — typically 45 to 90 minutes.
Issues resolved on the day
Battery replacements, sensor adjustments, and minor repairs are all carried out during the same visit.
Report issued
You receive a written visit report the same day, confirming system status and any actions taken.
